Recently I have been focusing on finding the peace, simplicity, and mindfulness within the chaos of daily lifeh.
This is a process that is unique to all of us. I used to focus on reading the Bible, and I still do, but I’ve got into meditation and breating exercises.
This has really helped me to prevent worry and actually increased the quality of my sleep.
I more or less had re-teach myself how to sleep due to years of horrible sleeping habits and working too much – sometimes 22 hours in a single 24 hour day.
I can’t recomment that.
