Currently watching: 28 Days Later

A few months ago I tried a juice fast. I bought a fancy juicer and made it a week before I got sick. Now I don’t know if I just caught a “bug” or if it was something I juiced and drank – but I was severely ill.

I’ve fasted before, and can almost always overcome hunger after a few days but it seems lately that my will power has faded.

Really I feel like I am at a point in my life where I have to make a change. I have to stop some unhealthy habits and develop some new ones. It’s either that or settle in with my current state and learn to be happy with myself.

I hate the word “diet”. I need a complete lifestyle change.

Well, back in Charlotte after a long weekend hanging out with my family and dog in Kentucky.

Ah, Kentucky. Tonight our Wildcats will win the NCAA title – or at least I think they will.

It gets harder and harder for me to come back here after going home for a few days.

Let’s face it, I’m just not happy. Yes the money is good and I love being on my own – but I am simply not happy.

There are a few new opportunities on the horizon, but so far – they don’t pay nearly what I make now.

I have noticed an influx of IT related positions in Kentucky and am banking on getting one of those in a few months. Just need a few months to save about $10,000.

I guess the more things change, the more they stay the same.

I’ve experimented with different formats here the last few months and have ended up using my original format.

I have decided to keep posting news from the front lines of the “info wars” and anything I damn well please.
